Ask the seller
- What are the model's finished dimensions and is it solid or hollow?
- Which resin and resolution are included?
- Are supports removed, surfaces cleaned and the model fully cured?
- Are assembly, painting, VAT or taxes and delivery included?
- What happens if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
How to judge a £40 quote
£40 could be excessive for a small, simple, unfinished item, or good value for a large, carefully supported, cleaned and assembled model. One number cannot tell you which. Ask for the finished dimensions and what work is included, then request a comparable second quote if the purchase matters to you.
Compare the same finished product
A low headline price can exclude support removal, curing or delivery. This tool adds delivery and divides by the number of models; its comparison is a price comparison, not a quality verdict. A cheaper quote is only a bargain if the models, finish and service are genuinely equivalent.
