What should you charge for a resin 3D print?
Start with your true cost, add marketplace fees and shipping, then work backwards from the profit margin you actually want to keep.
Marketplace fees vary by country, payment method, advertising programme and account. Enter the rates that apply to you rather than treating a preset as authoritative.
Price from margin, not guesswork
A common pricing mistake is adding a markup to resin alone. This tool starts from the full per-unit production cost, then accounts for selling costs and percentage fees before solving for a target profit margin.
Don't know your true production cost?
Use the Resin Print Cost & Profit Calculator first. It includes resin, failed prints, machine and screen wear, electricity, wash consumables and hands-on labour.
Why are marketplace fees editable?
Fee structures change and can differ by country, payment processing arrangement, advertising attribution and seller status. ResinMetrics keeps the rate editable so the calculation remains useful without pretending one fee preset fits everyone.
Margin vs markup
A 40% margin means 40% of the selling price remains as profit after the costs included in the calculation. That is different from adding a 40% markup to cost. The target-price calculation solves backwards so the requested margin is preserved after percentage fees.
